Birthday Dinner

My mother turned 46 this year and we planned a special birthday dinner at Christine's Cafe. I'd never heard of the restaurant before until my mom suggested the spot. She has always been the activity planner of the family, it's no different on her birthday, lol.

I was surprised at what they had on the menu. My eyes immediately landed on what they call a 'crozza'. A crozza is a pizza that is made from crossaint. The strange combo definitely piqued my interest so I ordered it. Sure enough, it was one of the best pizza I've ever had in my life, and this is coming from someone who considers pizza as their all time favorite food. 

I should've known better than to doubt my mom's choice of restaurant, it definitely exceeded my expectations. Maybe I'll ask if we can go there again for my birthday next year.
