Game Nights: WWE 2K25

WWE 2K is a pro-wrestling video game series that comes out with a new installment anually. This year for WWE 2K25, the MyRise story mode requires the player to create two custom wrestlers. One male wrestler, and one female wrestler. So I tried my best to be creative with my created wrestlers and these were the results:

For my custom male wrestler, I created Leon Prince. Although he has a cheeky attitude outside the ring, he is as dangerous as he is charming. He is a technical prowess who can leave his opponent tied in knots. He proclaims himself as the 'prince of the night' to symbolize his dominance in the men's division.

For Leon's design, I took inspiration from both Finn Balor and Kyle Fletcher. I tried to blend in Finn's dark persona alongside the loud energy of Kyle to create a versatile character that can be both menacing and humorous.

For my custom woman's wrestler, I came up with the character of Diana West. Although she has a face fit for a magazine cover, she is a hard hitting striker who never backs down from a fight, no matter the size of her opponent. She proclaims herself as the 'diamond' of the women's division with her catchphrase being "pressure make diamonds, and diamonds are forever."

For Diana's design, I took heavy inspiration from Mercedes Moné (FKA Sasha Banks). Mercedes often changes her hair style for different events to match her ring gear, and the results are always eye-catching. Pro-wrestling is at its best when things go over the top, and Mercedes' colorful in-ring looks perfectly encapsulates the uniqueness in the art of wrestling.

Diana's design was a bit more challenging to execute compared to Leon. I wanted a blonde to purple and blue ombre hair dye look for Diana. However, the in-game creation suite doesn't allow for automatic color tones for hair, so in order to pull off the look I wanted for Diana, I had to manually dye her hair from top to bottom using a color scroller, which takes around almost an hour (or more depending on how much I mess up).
