MY TOP 3 FAVE-FRAGRANCE OF ALL TIME

Perfume isn't a finishing touch, it's a statement. Just like what you wear or how you style your hair, your fragrance speaks volumes about you and what you wish to be remembered by. Over the past few years, I've experimented with several perfumes, some too overwhelming, some too understated but these three scents stood out and found a permanent spot on my shelf. 

Whether I'm attending class, chillin' with friends, or heading out on a night to remember, these three scents are simply the ones that I always come back to. There's a different mood, a different personality for each.

1. Jean Paul Gaultier Ultra Male EDT

If I had to characterize Ultra Male in one word: seductive. This fragrance is daring, fearless, and addictive. It opens with a juicy pear explosion, then a warm mix of cinnamon and lavender, all wrapped in spicy vanilla and amber. There's something inherently compelling about this fragrance, it's got that draw.

Any time I wear Ultra Male, I'm in the zone. It's the kind of scent that gets compliments from people on the street. I mean, come on, people will stop you on the street and tell you what you're wearing. It lasts incredibly long, particularly during cold weather, and it smells incredible.

Why it's in my top 3:

Since it makes a dramatic entrance in front of me. It's loud, lingering, and shamelessly hot.

Where to wear this: Night outs, dinners, or when you wish to make a head-turning impression.

2. Acqua di Gio Profondo EDP

On the complete opposite of that is Acqua di Giò Profondo. That one is fresh, mature, and extremely soothing. It starts with green mandarin and bergamot, then moves to a deep oceanic smell, like jumping into cool, crystal water. Aromatic notes of rosemary and patchouli support it with a modern masculine touch.

Profondo is the scent I wear if I want to feel clean, put together, and focused. It's not trying to be flashy or loud, it's confident in being basic. I love spraying this on after a morning shower, before a day of getting things done in full-force.

Because it smells of peace. It has a fresh and earthy scent, like a gentle breeze during a mad day.

3. Valentino Uomo Born in Roma Coral Fantasy 

This fragrance is my wake-me-up. Coral Fantasy is playful, youthful, and spirited. It opens with a cool splash of red apple and cardamom, then tobacco and sage add an urban heat. It's playful but mature, exactly the right mix of play and adult.

My favorite aspect of this scent is how different it is. It doesn't smell like the rest of them out there. It's an innovative twist that pops without ever going too far. It's the one I use when I'm grabbing coffee, brunch, or whatever social engagement. It gives me a stylish edge, without yelling.

Because it's versatile, sophisticated, and that "cool guy" without effort.
